Hello, I’m Md. Rabbi Howlader, a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist. I completed my BSc in Psychology and my MSc in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Jagannath University. I have successfully completed my clinical internships, training, and supervision, and have provided counseling services to more than 300 clients, delivering over 1000 hours of therapeutic support. I have also conducted 20+ workshops and seminars in schools, colleges, and various institutions to promote mental health awareness. As the Founder and a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist at Mindful Insights, I am dedicated to offering compassionate, evidence-based psychological services and making mental health support more accessible for individuals of all ages.

I am experienced in working with individuals struggling with depression, anger management, anxiety (e.g., generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias), obsessive-compulsive disorder, complex trauma, grief and interpersonal relationship problems. I also provide support to individuals going through difficult life transitions, feeling stuck in life or struggling to find a sense of meaning.
I have the ability to listen deeply and pay attention to what matters to my clients. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, warm, and safe environment for my clients to make therapeutic change. My sessions are basically conversations, unique conversations where clients are empowered to take a deep and honest look at their past and present and to think of how they might want for things to change so that they are living authentically and no longer disempowered by their vulnerabilities.
My integrative approach, using empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, schema-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in my work. My therapeutic interventions are personalized and tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
